My question is whether a pregnancy test always becomes positive with an evasion after 10 minutes or at any time after the three-minute mark? I did a test with FMU today. The AF isn't due until Tuesday so I know it's too early to try. There was no line after 3 minutes and I threw it out. As I was preparing, I saw the evidence in the trash and I saw a weak line. It was 11 minutes after I got tested. I know it's probably an evap and that makes me think if everyone becomes positive after a certain amount of time? Thank you for your entry! Of course, to really confirm the pregnancy, you need your line to appear within the suggested time frame - but when I was pregnant my lines appeared after a few hours to 8dpo and 9dpo. Then at 11 o'clock they gave me my first right bfp within the time frame. (When I'm not pregnant, there are no lines.) It's pink, I'd say it's positive! I wait a couple of days and I'll try it again. If it's positive, I'd explain why I've been waking up the last four nights at 3 in the morning with the worst nausea. But I never had nausea with my LO. I hope it's a good sign. Update- has been testing for days and all negative so it must have been an evap for me. But I think all those positive OPKs are real ovulation because my period is not here yet. The first time I used it. I've never used a blue dye test, so I'm not sure about that. But from what I've been reading it seems that evap lines are gray and not the color of the "positive" line.
